Foundations of Autism
Foundations of Autism is designed to explore Autism, introducing basic concepts and key characteristics, including, the neurological, communicative, sensory, and social aspects of Autism. Parents, caregivers, educators, professionals, and individuals interested in deepening their understanding of Autism are invited to join this course.

This course package is designed to empower healthcare professionals and community advocates with the knowledge and skills needed to champion accessible health care and vaccination for the Autism community

Becoming an Autism-Informed Organization: Understanding Autism and the Workplace
Becoming an Autism-Informed Organization: Understanding Autism and the Workplace is an introductory course designed to help individuals and organizations create inclusive workplaces for Autistic individuals. It covers the basics of Autism, neurodiversity, workplace challenges, and the importance of accommodations and disclosure to foster acceptance, understanding and positive change.

Becoming an Autism-Informed Organization: Supporting Information Processing and Executive Functioning
Becoming an Autism-Informed Organization: Navigating Information Processing and Executive Functioning is a course designed to deepen understanding of Autistic cognitive styles and their impact on workplace experience. This second course in our series offers insights and strategies to support diverse thinking styles, fostering an inclusive work environment.
Program Goals
Over time, the Autism Society Training & Resource Center will significantly increase the Autism Society of America’s capacity to meet the growing needs within the community, ensuring that everyone is connected to the resources they need, when they need it.
It is our goal to develop a wide range of educational resources to connect communities across the nation to accessible information on a variety of topics including health equity, employment, safety, and more.
