Carly Ott (she/her) was diagnosed with Autistic Disorder at the age of 28 after several years on Social Security disability because of prolonged autistic burnout. She has several life-long disabilities, in addition to other neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD and dyschronometria. Carly is a Senior Vice President; Senior Architect for Global Operations at a fortune top 50 company, responsible for the business/technology integration strategy for enterprise end-to-end document management. Carly is a member of all employee resource groups (ERG) at the company, where she is a Tri-Chair for the Disability ERG Virtual Chapter and the Co-Lead for the Enterprise Neurodiversity pillar. Her non-profit roles include the Autism Society of America (ASA) Board of Directors as outgoing Chair of the Council of Autistic Advisors. She also previously served as President of the Board of Directors of Autism Society of Ventura County for six years and served as a member of the Art of Autism and Specialisterne USA Boards of Directors.
