Tracey Staley

Tracey Staley is a business executive who held executive Human Resources positions with the JM Smucker Company, Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, US Steel, and Lockheed Martin where she was responsible for talent strategies and programs. Currently, Ms. Staley is the Chief HR Officer for Chromalox Inc. Ms. Staley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from American University and a Master of Science degree in human resources leadership from Rutgers University. Ms. Staley has been a leader in many organizations, including serving as the chair of the board for the Prince William County, VA chapter of the American Red Cross. Ms. Staley currently serves on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia, the Foundation Board of the Community College of Allegheny County, and the Autism Society of Pittsburgh, PA. Ms. Staley and her husband, Mike, live in Sewickley, PA with their son, Jeff.
