Chris Masey

Chris Masey is a parent of two teenagers with Autism, one of which also has Down syndrome, and has been active in advocacy on a federal and state level focusing on developmental disabilities for the last 20 years. Chris was the former executive director of the Autism Society of Texas and the Advocacy Director at the Coalition of Texans with Disabilities. In addition, Chris and his partner Amy provided advocacy and lobbyist services to a variety of Autism-focused organizations during the 88th Texas Legislative Session.

Chris is the Vaccine Education Affiliate Manager at ASA and is focused on increasing healthcare equity for the Autistic community by identifying underserved areas throughout the United States that could benefit from ASA’s vast experience with program support and outreach.
